TERMS

A 2% prompt payment discount may be taken if your remittance is received by the 10th of the billing month. Full payment of your statement is due by the billing month.

Past due balances negate the entitlement of any discounts and may cause an interruption in service. Charmant Group Inc., USA reserves the right to charge a 1.5% service charge (18% per year) on past due balances.

There will be a $35.00 charge for all returned checks.
All prices are F.O.B. Morris Plains, NJ.
All billing disputes must be made within seven (7) days of
invoice date. Parts are non-discountable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

All merchandise must be in original condition accompanied by the Original Invoice and an authorization form signed by the Territory Sales Representative.

We reserve the right to charge a refurbishing fee for merchandise that is returned in less than original condition or without cases.

All Merchandise should be insured by you for your protection in the event of loss or damage of the shipment to Charmant.

Only parts which are defective may be exchanged.

NO CASH REFUNDS

Exchanges will be accepted as long as the returned style is current in the Charmant product line.

As an added convenience to our non buying group customers, Charmant will accept Visa, Discover and Mastercard.
